Lee has chosen to be a full-time homemaker to make a happy home.

His carrier was pretty good prior to his wedding in October 2023. By the time of his marriage with his wife, an advertising stylist, he had taken on the role of full-time homemaker, and his wife continued her job. In order to overcome depression along with child care, he began writing, and later on, he published books based on his experience. His new profession as a homemaker brought his life to a different point.

Lee said, "Men are likely to be anxious about the priority between success and marriage when they approach thinking about marriage. At that time, I wasn't sure about the timing due to my carrier falling down. Then, my girl friend, who now became my wife, married me. I thought that I would take on the role of a full-time homemaker since my wife had a job while I didn't. After some time, I had depression because of child care. It was quite discouraging concerning my former carrier. However, it was at this time that I began writing. Unexpectedly, my writing touched many readers in Korea. And this led me to publish and speak about my story. At a certain point, it became clear to me that children are homework for me. Thus, if I succeed in caring for them, this will eventually resolve other issues for me or my family."

A new door opened for me after full-time child care.

Lee has focused on childcare since his first child was born. He minimised the time spent hanging around with people outside of the house, and he would return home right after activities outside. It was only 12 times that he has met someone else without his family for 11 years of marriage. It was his consumption value to make a happy home where his time is always with his family, along with full devotion. He said, "During the period of taking care of my firstborn child, I tried my best for my growth. I decided not to flatter or make the others an object of business. This really made me grow."

Today, Lee is in the process of solving his second homework by taking care of his second child, who was born after the first born entered elementary school. They got busier caring for children with a large age gap; nevertheless, he perceives it as a happier home. "Childcare and caring for family are never less important than working outside of home; they have more importance. Thus, I wanted to tell people out there that once one focuses on the happiness of home, the rest of the issues will be resolved by themselves. I highly value my lifestyle. For this reason, I am happy and satisfied every day to the fullest extent. This is already a gift that I have a life today, as life is not upon myself but on God. I am grateful for the time He has given, and I am joyful. This is also my consumption value to pass on my heart of happiness and gratitude."
