[Consumerwide - Hayoung Chang Reporter/Yohan Bok Reporter] Businesses are striving for sustainable development while inventing relevant projects, hoping to meet the needs of consumers who value the environment. KolonFnC has begun targeting the US market with the opening of Circular Library, which is located at Abbot Kinney Blvd. (LA) and is known to have numerous brands seeking sustainability. A circular library is a space where one can discover and experience everything about circulation. Le Cashmiere, which is a sustainable cashmiere brand, and upcycling-based brand Record are taking place in the Circular Library. This space is also going to be used as a fashion community to promote circulation fashion through an upcycling workshop and an art exhibition based on sustainable fashion in Korea with the theme of circulation.

Yu Dongju, the director of KolonFnC ESG Impact Office, said, "It is extraordinary since we are introducing the Circular Library at Abbot Kinney Blvd, where we gather brands that pursue environmental and ethical fashion. We are planning on presenting various characteristics of communities that Korean representative brands, such as Record and Le Cashmiere, can harmonise into local lifestyles through resource circulation."

The Chakanyeohang (good trip) is introducing sustainable travel to consumers. This travel project practices ESG (environmental, contributing to local society, and taking just ways) while travelling overseas, including Austria this time, to consumers. Austria ranked third for "a nation that is promoting sustainable travel," chosen by Euromonitor International. This is a schedule that includes environmental public transportation, such as electric buses and trolleybuses (electric), environmental meals, and accommodations, which reduce carbon emissions. By providing "the sustainable travel to-do list," they are encouraging customers to get involved in sustainable travel.

Klook is facilitating the Chakan Travel Campaign (good travel), aiming to build a sustainable travel and travel culture. Travellers and local workers work together in an equal partnership to practise shared growth while engaging in responsible consumerism. Some of the cases can be using a spa facility that provides vocational training and employment opportunities to people with visual impairments in Vietnam, or using restaurants that practice zero waste and hotels that practice carbon neutralisation in the Czech Republic (Czechia). The Klook explained that their target is to respect local culture, support local economies, and minimise environmental pollution during travel.
