[Consumerwide- Youngchul Woo Reporter/ Yohan Bok Reporter]  The ESG practice of delivery apps continues through volunteering and shared growth. Approaching the end of the year in cold weather, they began practicing sharing growth by caring for delivery riders, facilitating music concerts near delivery food restaurants, and making donations. This warms the hearts of those who hear it. It can be a step towards ESG and consumption value.

On November 27th, according to the industry, Uahancheongnyeondeul began their briquette delivery volunteer work on November 18th, which involved staff and riders.

The total briquette donation donated to Rice Community Briquettes Bank accounts for 11.7 thousand units. On that day, they delivered 2 thousand briquettes to ten households in Seodaemungu Gaemimaeul, Seoul. On the 25th, 30 Baemin Connector riders participated and delivered 2 thousand briquettes to ten households with low (or no) income in Nowongu, Seoul. All the additional briquette donations were passed to the Rice Community Briquettes Bank for people with low income during the winter.

Baemin facilitated a Baemin Music Concert on November 22nd at Busan Bexco as a part of their shared growth project with restaurant partners. The first Baemin Music Concert was held in June at Hannamdong Seoul, aiming to provide comfort and rest for delivery food restaurant partners in Seoul. Their second concert was held at Gwangmyeong in October, with a music cafe theme. The latest concert was held in Busan with a music film theme, and 700 delivery food restaurant holders and partners participated.

Coupangeats is offering winter safety checkups for delivery riders (motorbikes) on the 27th at Seongnamsi and the 29th and 30th at Gangnamgu mobile workers' shelter. During the campaign, Coupangeats is checking the overall condition of the lights, steering system, brake system, and tires. They are also offering headlight and brake pad replacements. Participating delivery partners get free city crampons, smartphone touch glubs, and helmet antifog items, which are mandatory safety items in cold winter.

Yogiyo began their 2023 Winter Safety Campaign for safe winter delivery of Yogi Baedal Riders. The Safety Campaign was initiated in 2019 to provide safety training to motorcycle riders while supporting items in each season for safe delivery. This year, they are giving away various winter items, including winter balaclavas, brake lever sponges, reflector straps, and helmet antifog stickers, for riders until February 29th through local hubs. Additionally, mobile coffee coupons are given to both Yogi Baedal Riders and Yogiyo Crews.
