CJ Onstyle claimed that they are going to stand against scam website crime. Yet, they don't compensate for any loss due to the crime. Thus, consumers have got to be careful when using the site and get away from it in any doubtful case.

On the 13th, an associated person from CJ Onstyle said during an interview with Consumerwide, "Fake CJ Onstyle sites had appeared and caused various victim cases. Thus, we've been suing the case while blocking those sites. Fake sites contain slight changes to the official homepage address, such as an additional alphabet on the address."

The official homepage address of CJ Onstyle is cjonstyle.com, and the fake sites contain an additional number or an alphabet: cjonstyles.com and cjonstyle1.com. Fake pages contain the official CJ Onstyle logo and business information. Unless the user is paying attention to details, these pages are pretty much similar to the official homepage. One of the representative cases is not delivering a product after the money transfer. Then, what would be the best way to get away from crime? An associated person from CJ Onstyle said, "We have only one official homepage address, and the official address does not include an additional number or alphabet. Customers have got to check our official address, which is cjonstyle.com. There is no other way to avoid this case than by not getting into similar domains. We keep sending guidance and awareness text messages to our customers."

At this point, I got curious about the scale of the scam website. However, CJ Onstyle had not informed us. An associated person from CJ Onstyle said, "It is not easy for us to announce the scale of fake sites while the crime is ongoing. We are going to respond to the case by the time customer victim cases are registered."

CJ Onstyle won't be particularly responsible for the loss, as it is not a loss of CJ Onstyle but of customers. The only way is to be careful ourselves. Unfortunately, we are living in a world where we even need to memorise the homepage address.
