Yogiyo·Wemakepoo, we don't consider a link sharing service

[Consumerwide_ Yohan, Bok Reporter] As Social distancing·outdoor mask wearing duties are cleared, we are returning to ordinary work life instead of working at home.

It seems to be that delivery apps are speedily attracting daily worker delivery demands.

BaedalMinjok(Baemin) and CoupangEats have started 'order together' and ''order with friends' service. This is a service that provides individual menu selection with dutchpay for group orders. I suspect that this service will be quite useful for office workers' lunch and dinner orders. It saves delivery fees. However, it is confirmed that Yogiyo and Wemakepoo are not considering an 'order together' service.

It's been a while since people got used to food delivery orders at work. There are times to eat at restaurants, but more people are using delivery services for lunch. The problem lies in that one person needs to collect the menu of each person at work whenever we order them. In addition to that, we need to pay first, afterwards chip in. Delivery fee is not easy with various orders.

On 14th, followed by industry, Baemin started 'Hamkkejumun (order together)' service. 'Hamkkejumun' is a function where customers can share their cart with other Baemin members (each member collects their menus) and the representative person pays, which service is designeed for group orders.

Before this service began, someone had to collect menus in the company or meeting. Afterwards, the representative person selects them from the app and orders. But, Hamkkejumun is a link sharing system that each person orders through the cart link. The cart collects individual orders for groups of people in one restaurant. Baemin1 and regular delivery can both use the Hamkkejumun function, but it is limited to one single restaurant.

A Baemin related person said during a Consumerwide interview, "We are trying out this method in order to provide a convenient user experience to group order customers. We will closely examine user needs and make an effort for App development so that we may extend positive customer experience continually.

On the other hand, CoupangEats has been providing a 'Chingumoa Hamkkejumun(order with friends) function since last Aug. By sharing links, individual users can collect their menus in one cart. Dutch pay is possible. Each user pays for their food, and the delivery fee is only charged to one person (representative person). With group orders, customers can save delivery fees, and restaurants can increase customer transactions.

However, Yogiyo and Wemakepoo do not provide a 'Hamkkejumun' service. Yogiyo and Wemakepoo said, “We do not support a group order service, 'Hamkkejumun'. Future plans haven't been decided yet."
