Junohair has announced it is making a leap towards a 'global total beauty brand' and entering the global market.
"We will share K-beauty's techniques, services, and know-how in human resource development with global customers who look after beauty with consumption values. This will elevate the status of the Republic of Korea to the next level."

[Consumerwide_Jinil, Kang Reporter / Yohan, Bok Reporter] Junohair unveiled its vision to grow into a global company while proclaiming to contribute in improving Korea's status in the world. Junohair is willing to pass on not only techniques of K-beauty but also good service and talent development skills through a global launch. Junohair targets global customers based on high consumption values in their beauty pursuits. Just as Channel became the leading beauty brand in France, Juno Hair will also grow into Korea's leading beauty brand, 'Global Total Beauty Brand'. Junohair held a press conference and announced Junohair's business competencies and vision. It was located at Juno Academy in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at 3 p.m. on April 25. At the press conference, Junohair presented its new vision as 'Global Total Beauty Brand'.

Kang Yoonsun, CEO of Junohair, said, "Junohair has been focused on studying consumer beauty for the past 41 years with the most advanced beauty technology and know-how. Today, we are a beauty company with 170 stores and 3,000 employees.  As the company grew, I came to wish to try everything about beauty as the CEO. When I got older, I became so interested in health. Based on these thoughts, I got the idea of combining health and beauty. True beauty comes from taking care of the body. So, we will provide everything about beauty, from hair to inner beauty, for consumers around the world as the 'Global Total Beauty Brand'.  I hope the Korean Juno brand will be known around the world like the Channel in France. I hope that this can elevate the status of ROK."

Afterwards, Choi Myunghee and Junohair CEO announced their vision. "Junohair started as a hair franchise. Currently, the company is trying to renew the Global Total Beauty brand through business expansion. As the COVID-19 pandemic has subsided, and we are at the point of global expansion, we plan on implementing a strategy step by step to establish ourselves as a K-beauty brand in the Americas and Southeast Asia. We will make use of both offline and online platforms to promote ourselves as 'a brand that people purchase with a fluttering heart'. Online platforms include SNS, an online academy, and flagship stores. Currently, Atlanta in the U.S., Singapore, and Clark in the Philippines (Juno Academy) have entered into contracts. In June, we will sign a contract for a master franchise agreement in Thailand as well. With 5 years of time investment, Juno Group wants to open 300 Junior Hair stores, 100 total wedding beauty salons on 'Avenue Juno,' and 10 Juno Total Beauty Academies, which introduce K-beauty curriculum. The target countries are the Americas and Southeast Asia. Besides that, we aim to vary the Humble & Rumble product line and distribute it to retail shops around the world. We intend to specialize our company as a total beauty platform company, subscribed to by 1 billion people worldwide, and grow further."

Additionally, Junohair plans to establish and implement ESG management strategies in preparation for its global expansion. A Junohair official said during an interview with Consumerwide, "The CEO has been helping Africa personally in Korea. Junohair has been practicing ESG in many possible ways, including eliminating unfair customs. I couldn't make a statement at this press conference. Yet, alongside global expansion, we are planning on preparing ESG management strategies with the experts step by step."
