[Consumerwide_Jinil, Kang Reporter / Yohan, Bok Reporter] Another fun thing to do at the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show is a different experiment zone. Starting from the urban air mobility which just reminded me of an amusement park to a racing game, character photography, time flies here. I visited the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show opening, the first weekend, between 30th and 31st of March.

The experiment of UAM air-taxi of SK telecom, whose transport has been drawing attention as eco-friendly mobility, is now becoming what one would expect for a 'motor-show'.

Last year, UAM attracted many visitors for their first experimental presentation at the Busan Motor Show. This year during the Seoul Mobility Show, there was a long line made to experience the UAM. The UAM experiment is almost at the same level as rides at the amusement park. As passengers sit on the chairs installed on the simulator while wearing the VR headset, a robot arm is moving like a vertical take-off and landing aircraft in the air. The rider can experience a physically moving flight vehicle while seeing the real scene in the air. And, this machine moves in the air right to left and top to bottom as if it is a ride at an amusement park.

A visitor(30-year-old male, an employee), who completed the experiment on the first day of the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show opening, said, "I took my monthly holiday to come to the Seoul Mobility Show with my family. I chose the first day expecting there would be at least a lot of visitors. The USAM air-taxi experiment was delightful. The real experiment was scary; on the other hand, it was thrilling."

At the Kia exhibition booth, there is a space for the Assetto Corsa car-racing experiment. It's a game where you can drive the EV9 and the EV6 GT in virtual reality. Considering being the first day of opening, the place was crowded with visitors wanting to play the game. Kakaofriends Collaboration Photowall was prepared as well. In the self-zone, you can take photos freely. By choosing Kakaofriends and Kia cars, you can make only your card.

As you enter the Hyundai car exhibition booth, you may find an experimental zone where kids would love it. The Kids' zone. This space is designed for children visitors. Children can play with character toys from the animation, 'Tobot' by Young-Toys. In Tobot, Ioniq5, Avante, Staria play the main characters. In addition, they can get a self-photograph taken with their choice of Tobot character through the 'Self-camera character camera'.

If the final-round-king of the experimental zone is a UAM air-taxi of SK telecom, the best photo zone would be the ACDelco exhibition booth. ACDelco is a global aftermarket components and service brand of GM. Because their light maintenance corner is decorated stylishly, visitors can't just pass by. Eventually, it has become a photo zone. At some points, visitors even lined up to take photos.

An ACDelco-related person said, “The exhibition space is stylish and neat, many stop by to take photos. When visitors enter the space, our staff take cool pictures of them. It's got a promotion effect as well from a brand perspective."

Furthermore, the E-mobility test ride event where one can experience an electric bike and bicycle, the traffic safety experiment event, test drive events hosted by complete car brands including Renault Korea car, Mercedes-Benz, Genesis, got attention from visitors.

Besides, there were colorful experiments in each branded exhibition booth. Hence, it would be an effective mobility-show experience if one doesn't only view cars but also take some experiences along with it.

On the other hand, the cumulative visitors to the Seoul Mobility Show till the 3rd day, which is the first weekend since opening, were about 190 thousand people.
