1st of July, the price of Dookki per person has risen by 1000 won if the franchise were serving desserts, that are ice creams and coffees. 24th of July, regardless of price changes, many people came to a franchise in Seoul. Customers could get ice cream and coffee as much as they wanted.

On that day, the restaurant-related person said, "It seems to be ice creams and coffees are everyone's favorites. Our ice cream product has good quality. People are mostly accepting increased price."

But the problem lies in ice cream scoopers. Dookki provides ice cream in a container. (Vanilla and Choco) Then, people are to scoop them in a bowl. Used scoopers are to be stored in sunk water. After that ice cream left on the scoopers start to melt. We observed that the stuffy water stayed for an hour and a half. It was more than enough to say, unsanitary. The air conditioner won't do much about it. The restaurant staff washed the scoopers and the container only after we asked for them.

Could have been better? Through this occasion, I remembered VIPS, another franchise restaurant in Seoul. They store ice cream scoopers in running water. Since water flows water in the container is always clean. For the same reason, there is no worry about bacterial growth.
