Anonymous  said, "I asked for a second serving at Dookki. But he said no because they ran out of lunch supplies..it'd have been better if they hadn't mentioned 'unlimited food' in the first place...

The head office-related person said, "It can't be done. If a customer asks for seconds, it should be."

[Consumerwide_ HueSoung, Jun Reporter / Yohan, Bok Reporter]  The issue starts with ignoring the second serving of fries in an unlimited food franchise, Dookki Tteokbokki (Franchise/Gangseogu, Seoul). The staff didn't serve seconds because they ran out of stock for lunch. The head office of Dookki stood for customers.

Recently, an anonymous person went to a restaurant named Dookki (Gangseogu, Seoul) with a friend, during lunchtime. Anonymous asked staff for a second serving. But, the staff said, "We are out of stock for lunch." Eventually, they (anonymous and friend) had to move on to having little fries.

Anonymous said, "We paid 9,900 Won per person, understanding Dookki serves unlimited food. But, they said no on the second serving. Isn't that making fun of us? That's why I came to reach the media. They shouldn't do business in such a way."

In consideration of this event, Dookki's head office person said, "Ignoring the second service is impossible in our policy. Dookki Ttukbokki is an unlimited food franchise. There is no definition of lunch or dinner supply. If a customer asks, we owe to give more. We will begin an investigation on the franchise."
