Hydrogen cyanide causes headache, dizziness, nausea/ vomiting, gasping, irregular heartbeats, rise of blood pressure. And, amygdalin has similar symptoms to Hydrogen cyanide.

Pomegranate seeds are rich in vitamins (C), minerals and estrogen. These compounds are known for hormone restoration and reducing osteoporosis.
